We’ve already entered the beginning of February, and with it, we’re getting closer to the next big releases that this year promises, being one of the greatest and busiest in recent years in terms of major video games.
We’re also expecting to see a wave of new content for titles that have been on the market for a while and aim to stay alive for the next few months thanks to new updates packed with novelties, with Borderlands 4 being one of the best examples.
Borderlands 4 Improves Performance with Constant Patches
This game is the fourth numbered installment in Gear Box’s most popular saga and arrived with some controversy due to poor optimization at launch, attributed to problems with Unreal Engine 5.
Since its release, the developers have been adding content and technical improvements through constant updates, and it seems that things have improved significantly for Borderlands 4, which now appears to achieve stable fluidity on Xbox Series X/S, reaching 60 fps in the console’s performance mode and a solid 30 fps on Series S, as we can see in the videos published below.
Borderlands 4 is one of the games we saw arrive in the final stage of last year, and despite its initial poor performance, it managed to reach a strong sales level, so we expect to continue seeing content and updates for some time, something we’ll be keeping an eye on.
