Crimson Desert keeps growing with a new content update. Pearl Abyss has launched version 1.14.00, a patch that introduces several improvements and, above all, a highly anticipated feature by players: cross-save, which allows sharing the same game progress across different platforms.
Thanks to this novelty, those who play on Xbox Series, PC, or compatible devices will be able to continue their adventure exactly where they left off, as long as they have the game on the corresponding platforms.
Everything included in the new Crimson Desert update
- Cross-save arrives, allowing progress sharing between Xbox, Steam, Epic Games Store, and PlayStation.
- Ability to continue the same game on different platforms.
- Compatibility with portable PC devices like Steam Deck.
- Better integration of the Pearl Abyss account with the different platforms.
- New menu to manage game synchronization.
How to activate cross-save
- Access the official Crimson Desert website.
- Link the Xbox, Steam, Epic Games Store, or PlayStation Network accounts you want to use.
- Create a Pearl Abyss account or log in with an existing one.
- Start the game and access the Save menu, within the Others section.
- Enter Cross-Save Settings and check that the message “Cross-save activation completed” appears.
Once this process is completed, the progress will be synchronized across all linked platforms, allowing you to continue the game from any of them at any time.
Pearl Abyss incorporates one of the most requested features by the community and makes it even easier to play Crimson Desert between Xbox and PC without losing progress, a feature that is becoming increasingly important within the Microsoft ecosystem.
