We’re moving forward in 2026, a year that promises to be one of the greatest and most intense in the video game industry, with a good number of important releases scheduled throughout the months, and we’ve already seen some just recently, such as Marathon or Resident Evil: Requiem.
We’re also expecting a wave of new content for titles that have been on the market for a while and are looking to stay alive in the coming months thanks to new updates packed with novelties, with Grounded 2 being one of the best examples.
Unleash Your Creativity to the Max in Grounded 2
This title was announced last year to arrive soon in an early access state for PC and consoles, similar to what we had with the first game in the previous generation.
Grounded 2 released one of its biggest updates a couple of months ago and has now surpassed it with the addition of the “Playground” mode, which adds a sandbox mode where the player can create their own experiences, including maps, game modes, enemy usage, and much more, as shown in the tutorial published by Obsidian, as well as the patch notes that we’ve included below.
Grounded 2 is expected to continue improving with even more content throughout the year, and we hope they don’t take too long to confirm the release date of patch 1.0, which will allow us to mark the game as “complete”.
