Xbox Game Pass kicks off May with new games and several major releases

May is already underway and Xbox Game Pass is gaining momentum with several confirmed additions for the coming weeks. Although official announcements for the first half of the month are still pending, we already have a solid foundation of games that will be joining the service throughout the month.

The most exciting part is that the catalog combines independent proposals with major releases from day one, something that remains one of the service’s greatest strengths on Xbox Series and PC. Additionally, several titles are still awaiting confirmation of their exact release dates, so the list will continue to grow in the coming days.

These are the confirmed Xbox Game Pass games for May

May 7th

• Mixtape — Xbox Series (Day One on Game Pass)
  A narrative-driven adventure centered around music, memories, and personal growth, where different scenes connected by songs set the pace of the story.

May 12th

• Call of the Elder Gods — Xbox Series (Day One on Game Pass)
  An action game with supernatural elements that combines combat and exploration in a world dominated by dark forces and ancient creatures.

May 14th

• Subnautica 2 — Xbox Series (Day One on Game Pass confirmed)
  The highly anticipated sequel to the underwater survival game, which once again bets on exploration, construction, and survival in an alien environment full of mysteries.

May 19th

• Forza Horizon 6 — Xbox Series (Day One on Game Pass)
  The new installment of the open-world driving series from Playground Games, set in Japan and featuring a vast array of cars and events.

May 21st

• Beastro — Xbox Series (Day One on Game Pass)
  An independent proposal that combines action and creatures in a fantasy setting, with progression and dynamic combat.

May 27th

• Echo Generation 2 — Xbox Series (Day One on Game Pass)
  The sequel to the turn-based RPG with voxel aesthetics, which combines exploration, combat, and a story set in a world full of mysteries.

May 28th

• Crashout Crew — Xbox Series (Day One on Game Pass)
