If you’re already making progress in Resident Evil Requiem, you’ll have noticed that several areas hide safes that can only be opened by entering the correct combination. Some hints are well-hidden and can be easily missed on the first playthrough.

To save you from having to scour every corridor repeatedly, we’ve got all the known combinations for you, organized by location. We won’t reveal what’s inside to avoid spoiling the surprises.

Safe Combinations in Resident Evil Requiem

Rhodes Hill Patient Center – West Wing (2nd floor)

• Combination: 10 left, 80 right, 30 left

Rhodes Hill Patient Center – East Wing (1st floor)

• Combination: 30 right, 10 left, 50 right

Rhodes Hill Patient Center – Basement

• Combination: 60 right, 40 left, 80 right

ARK – Sterilization Room

• Combination: 10 right, 90 left, 20 right

ARK – Control Room

• Combination: 50 right, 60 left, 80 right

Raccoon City Police Station – Briefcase

• Combination: R-R-R

Remember to enter the numbers in the exact correct order (left or right), as the system doesn’t allow for errors. If you’re aiming for 100% completion or just don’t want to leave anything behind, these combinations will save you a lot of time and work across all difficulty levels.
