The revamp of Microsoft Rewards is moving forward and already has new destinations confirmed. Microsoft has started notifying that the program’s changes will be extended to more countries in May, after being previously tested in several regions.
This rollout is part of a gradual transition that the company has been preparing for over a year, with tests in different markets before its global expansion.
Countries where the Microsoft Rewards update will arrive in May
According to the latest notices sent to users, these are the countries that will receive the program’s revamp in May:
- United Kingdom
- Italy
- France
- Germany
- Norway
- Austria
- Poland
- Thailand
These territories are added to others where the new system has been active for some time, such as:
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Mexico
- Colombia
- Philippines
For now, there is no confirmation of its arrival in other markets, and it is particularly noteworthy that the United States is not included in this rollout, at least for the time being.
- The program’s update is being applied in a staggered manner, so it’s possible that not all users in these countries will receive it at the same time. Nevertheless, everything suggests that the new system will start to be available throughout the first weeks of May.
With this move, Microsoft continues to expand the reach of the changes in Rewards, consolidating a new era of the program in an increasing number of regions.
