Xbox highlights how Forza Horizon 6 continues to grow without losing its essence
In his message, Matt Booty particularly highlighted the team’s ability to continue refining the experience without losing what makes the Forza Horizon series special. He also valued the growth of the studios and the complexity of current development within such large productions.
As he explained:
“It’s fantastic to see how they continue to refine the experience without losing what makes the series special.”
Booty also mentioned the joint work between Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios during multiple launches, ensuring that the initial success of Forza Horizon 6 is due to both the team’s talent and the internal culture built around the franchise.
The new game has already become one of the most important releases of the year for Xbox. In recent days, it has managed to break records on Steam, lead sales on Xbox Store and reach an average of 92 on Metacritic for Xbox Series.
Everything points to the fact that the figures will continue to grow over the next few days with the official arrival of the game to the rest of the players and its release within Xbox Game Pass.
