Epic Games Store has updated its free promotions, and starting today, PC players can add two new games to their library at no cost. As usual, the store is offering a diverse range of experiences that combine action, skill, and unique mechanics.

Among the available titles, we find a metroidvania focused on speed and constant movement, as well as an arcade game where writing quickly is the only way to survive waves of enemies.

These are the new free games on Epic Games Store

• DOOMBLADE

An action-packed 2D metroidvania adventure where we control Gloom Girl, a young girl who discovers a powerful, sentient sword that has been buried underground for centuries.

The game stands out for its fast-paced combat and constant mobility, deviating from the slower style of other recent metroidvanias and opting for agile attacks and continuous movement through secret-filled levels.
