Electronic Arts has announced that F1 25 will be free to play on Steam from October 16 to 20, offering full access to all game modes, including the 2025 Formula 1 World Championship, Braking Point, and My Team 2.0. This is a limited-time promotion that will allow PC users to get behind the wheel of the most powerful cars of the season at no cost for several days.
The free trial coincides with the arrival of the 2025 United States Grand Prix, which takes place this weekend in Austin. To mark the occasion, the game includes a new Pro Challenge featuring Ollie Bearman and Esteban Ocon, drivers for the Haas team. Both have faced off at the Circuit of The Americas to set the fastest lap possible, and players can try to beat their times starting today in F1 World mode.
F1 25 free on Steam until October 20
In addition to this free trial, players will enjoy double experience in the Podium Pass throughout the event and can take advantage of a 30% discount on the full version of F1 25 on Steam. All progress and rewards earned during these days will be retained if the game is purchased later.
With this initiative, EA aims to bring the official Formula 1 simulation to more PC players and celebrate the home race of the Haas team. If you haven’t tried the game yet, this weekend is the perfect opportunity to test its performance, new driving system, and most realistic competitive experience to date.
