Following its spectacular appearance at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026, Gears of War: E-Day continues to reveal new details ahead of its release. On this occasion, The Coalition has published the official PC specifications, allowing players to check if their equipment is ready for the return of Marcus Fenix.
Beyond the graphics card or processor, there’s one piece of data that catches the eye: the game will take up 130 GB and can only be installed on SSD or NVMe units, leaving traditional mechanical hard drives out of the picture.

Gears of War: E-Day will arrive on October 6, 2026 for Xbox Series, PC, Steam, and Xbox Cloud Gaming, and will also be available from day one for Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
