We’re just days away from wrapping up February, and with that, we’re getting closer to the next big releases and updates that this year has in store for us, shaping up to be one of the most exciting and action-packed years for major video games in recent memory.
The list of confirmed games for the coming months is massive, and we’re keeping an eye on big projects from gaming giants like Sony and Bungie, including the upcoming release of Marathon, the new service-based title from the creators of Halo, which is set to drop in early March.
Marathon Revs Up with a New Cinematic Trailer
This game was initially slated for a September release, but after taking community feedback and assessing its current state into consideration, Bungie decided to push it back without giving a new release date. Now, we can finally start preparing for its launch on March 5th, which is just around the corner.
Bungie has been sharing new details about Marathon on a regular basis in the form of updates, and we’ve got a new one featuring the “Rook” class as the star of a brief but powerful cinematic trailer on the official YouTube channel, giving us a glimpse into the character’s backstory.
Bungie seems to be back on track, and Marathon is looking better than ever, based on what we’ve seen since last year’s testing phase. We’ll be keeping a close eye on any new developments leading up to its release in early March.
