Forza Horizon 6 continues to break records in its first few days of availability and now Asha Sharma, the new head of Xbox, has publicly reacted to the game’s spectacular launch. She shared a message celebrating the initial figures and the work done by Playground Games.

The game’s early launch is yielding enormous numbers on Xbox, Steam, and social media, especially thanks to the Premium access available before the global launch next Tuesday.

Forza Horizon 6 is now the most played Early Access in the series’ history

Through social media, Asha Sharma confirmed that Forza Horizon 6 has officially become the most played Early Access in the franchise’s history over the weekend. Additionally, she took the opportunity to congratulate Playground Games directly on a rather unusual feat within the industry:

“It’s incredible to see so many players exploring Forza Horizon 6 this weekend, making it the most played Early Access in the series’ history.”

Sharma also highlighted that the studio has managed to launch four consecutive games with ratings above 90, something extremely rare even among the most important companies in the sector.

The game’s current figures fully support these statements. Forza Horizon 6 has already broken records on Steam, leads sales on the Xbox Store, and currently maintains a 92 on Metacritic for Xbox Series.
