Xbox continues to fine-tune the operation of Microsoft Rewards and in recent hours, a new monthly mission in the testing phase has come to light, directly targeting Xbox Game Pass users. This is a limited initiative, but it clearly shows the company’s intentions to encourage broader use of the service.
The mission is called “Monthly Multi-Platform Game Pass” and rewards 150 monthly points to those who play Game Pass titles from three different platforms: Xbox console, PC, and cloud gaming. For now, it’s not available to everyone and only some users can see it active in their rewards panel.
How the “Monthly Multi-Platform Game Pass” mission works
According to the first details shared by the community, to complete the mission, you need to play for at least 30 minutes on each platform during the month. In this initial phase, the test seems to be limited to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, as it’s the only plan that provides simultaneous access to console, PC, and Cloud Gaming.
- Another important point is that not all users have it visible, even within the same country. This reinforces the idea that Xbox is conducting a controlled test before deciding whether to implement the mission on a larger scale. As usual, both the number of points and the requirements could be adjusted later.
Although 150 points per month may not make a big difference on their own, they fit well within the logic of Microsoft Rewards, where consistency is key to accumulating balance over time. Additionally, this mission reinforces the idea that Xbox wants to reward those who take advantage of Game Pass beyond a single platform. If you have Game Pass Ultimate, it’s worth checking the Xbox Rewards Center, as this mission may appear silently. Everything suggests that if the test works, it could become a fixed monthly mission in the future.
