After weeks of silence and some initial controversy, Highguard is finally gearing up for its official launch. The new free-to-play FPS from Wildlight Entertainment will be available tomorrow, Monday, January 26, 2026, and although the studio hasn’t released a formal statement with exact times, there are already clear hints about when you’ll be able to start playing.
The key is in the official live presentation announced on the game’s YouTube channel, where the developers will delve into the mechanics, gameplay focus, and plans for the first year of content. That broadcast is scheduled for 7:00 PM European time, which also coincides with the time listed on the game’s Steam page.
Highguard Launch Times in Spain and Latin America
Unless there are last-minute changes, everything points to the Highguard servers going live simultaneously with that broadcast. These are the estimated launch times by region:
-
Spain (mainland time): 7:00 PM
-
Mexico (CDMX): 12:00 PM
-
Argentina / Chile: 3:00 PM
-
Colombia / Peru: 1:00 PM
For now, a pre-load phase has not been confirmed, although it’s possible that the game may appear a few hours earlier on the Xbox Store and PlayStation Store to facilitate pre-downloading, especially on consoles.
Highguard will arrive in free-to-play format on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and PC, and its launch will be accompanied by that first live presentation where the team will clear up many doubts about the initial content and the project’s direction. If you were curious to try it out from the first minute, you can start marking the time.
