Metroidvanias are the type of game that I have a great fascination with and a pretty impressive attraction to, perhaps because they feel very personal and nostalgic, as many of them have a 2D cut with a pixel-art style, which is what we usually see in each title.
Having said that, there’s a game that I’ve been keeping a close eye on since the first time I saw it. I’m referring to Mariachi Legends, which, after a brief pause in terms of news, is back with a bombshell that’s sure to impress more than one person.

Mariachi Legends, from Halberd Studios, promises to be impressive overall. It’s true that there’s still a lot to test and, without a specific release date, all we can do is wait and see if it follows through and delivers everything we see on screen, which is simply stunning.
