Over the past few weeks, the Xbox community has taken a closer look at the portable market with more interest than ever before, and it’s easy to see why. What started as a joint venture between ASUS and Microsoft has turned into one of the most powerful launches of the year in the Windows gaming scene. The two versions of the device, the standard model and the superior version, have been selling out in several stores for days, making it clear that the public’s response has been much greater than anticipated.

The interesting thing is that ASUS already expected a good performance after working directly with Xbox, but not to this extent. The company acknowledges in its latest meeting with shareholders that it has been forced to activate additional measures to supply the market before the holiday season. Both console and PC users are adopting these machines as a natural extension of their experience within the Xbox ecosystem.
ASUS increases production of ROG Xbox Ally due to high demand
ASUS itself has explained that interest in its high-end laptops has surpassed initial expectations. The two models (one more geared towards the general public and the other focused on getting the most out of Windows and Xbox games) have exceeded expectations, even generating stock shortages in some territories.
The base model includes 512 GB of storage and 16 GB of RAM, while the higher-end option expands power, memory, and internal capacity up to 1 TB and 24 GB of RAM. Beyond the technical differences, the strong point is its perfect integration with Xbox, Game Pass, and the Windows ecosystem, something the community has been valuing for months.
ASUS assures that it is already working with suppliers to increase production and avoid new stock breaks. It seems that this collaboration with Xbox has found its place, and everything points to it continuing to grow over the next few months.
