Yes, I’m sure many of you will tell me that you’ve already pre-ordered Resident Evil Requiem at some Spanish stores, but I remind you that officially, pre-orders for the game open this week, specifically, they start on October 29th.
For now, we don’t know what editions Capcom will surprise us with for the game, but what’s certain is that, like in previous releases, we’ll have special editions in both physical and digital formats. It’s also likely that some stores will have exclusive editions, but we’ll have to wait a few more days to find out all the editions the game will have at launch in February 2026.
Resident Evil Requiem pre-orders open this week
Capcom also revealed that they’ll share more details about the game on October 29th, although there won’t be new gameplay or additional material beyond what we’ve already seen. The announcement of the game’s demo is also expected, although it seems we’ll have to wait a bit longer for a release date.
This new installment will focus on a more classic horror experience, recovering exploration, resource management, and the constant feeling of vulnerability that characterizes the series. Fans can expect a more closed narrative and an atmosphere that combines the best of Resident Evil 2 Remake and Resident Evil 7, with new characters and unprecedented biological threats.
