We’ve already entered the final phase of July, and with it, we’re continuing with the summer weeks, a relatively calm period where major releases are scarce and we barely see any new arrivals on the market, except for the occasional lesser-known game.

These past months have seen a plethora of important titles hit the market, and we’re still far from being done. Despite the calm of July and August, as soon as September arrives, we’ll be back to the big releases scheduled for 2025, with Borderlands 4 being one of the best examples we have.

Borderlands 4 Introduces Another Brutal Protagonist

This title surprisingly announced its release date a few months ago, and recently, it’s been confirmed that it has entered its GOLD phase, meaning the end of development is just around the corner.

One of the new features in Borderlands 4 is its cast of playable characters, each with their unique differences and abilities. The team at Gearbox is sharing new updates on YouTube showcasing these new protagonists. This time, we get to see the gameplay of Rafa, a super soldier packed with melee and ranged weapons, who will unleash his lethality in every combat.

Borderlands 4 is set to arrive just as August comes to a close, and we can’t help but feel excited to dive back into the frantic action and loot-filled adventure that will turn us into the most feared treasure hunters in the galaxy.
