Following the success of A Plague Tale: Innocence and A Plague Tale: Requiem, the French studio returns with a proposal that will expand the saga’s story from a completely different perspective. It will do so, moreover, from day one on Xbox Game Pass, becoming one of the biggest releases in the catalog this summer.

A journey to the past to discover Sophia’s origins

The story of Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy takes place 15 years before the events of A Plague Tale: Requiem and focuses on a young Sophia, the pirate and smuggler we met in the previous installment.

The adventure will transport players to the mysterious Minotaur Island, a setting filled with ancient ruins, secrets, and a close relationship with the Macula, the supernatural element that has marked the saga since its beginnings.

More action, new mechanics, and renewed gameplay

Asobo Studio has also confirmed significant playable innovations that will differentiate this installment from the previous ones. All of this points to an important evolution with respect to the previous installments, which were more focused on stealth and survival.
