Xbox Game Pass has not yet officially announced all the games that will arrive during the first half of May, but there are already two fully confirmed additions for next week. And keep an eye out, because one of them is set to become one of the most exciting releases of the month within the service.
Microsoft should announce new additions to Xbox Game Pass in the coming days, but in the meantime, we already know some titles that will land safely on console, PC, and Cloud.
These are the confirmed games for Xbox Game Pass next week
- Final Fantasy V — May 5th – Available on Cloud, Xbox Series, and PC.
The classic Square Enix RPG returns to the Xbox ecosystem within Xbox Game Pass. A particularly interesting addition for fans of classic JRPGs and a new opportunity to discover one of the historical releases of the saga.
- Mixtape — May 7th – Available on Xbox Series and Xbox Game Pass.
Annapurna Interactive’s new narrative-driven musical adventure aims high within the Game Pass catalog. The game combines exploration, teenage memories, and a strong musical presence as we follow a group of friends during their last night together.
Everything also suggests that these won’t be the only games of the month. Microsoft should reveal the new additions for the first half of May during the next week, so there would still be several important announcements pending within the service. And considering how the month has started, it seems clear that Xbox Game Pass will continue to bet heavily on varied releases over the next few weeks.
