A figure who, beyond the respect and affection we have for her, has been with us for a while, and after a somewhat rocky first season, we can say that she has surpassed expectations, as her continuation has been confirmed, giving us the opportunity to see this character again.

I’m referring to Lara Croft, who burst into the industry to break molds and prove that a heroine could lead with the same strength or more than any male protagonist. Over the years, she has earned an untouchable place among the great icons of digital entertainment. And now, her story continues once again.

Netflix confirms the release date of the second season of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft

After a first season that managed to capture the audience’s attention and receive more than enough acceptance to ensure its continuation, Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft returns to Netflix with a second season. The iconic adventurer returns to the screen in an animated version on December 11th.

Perhaps it’s not what you expected, but it’s a great opportunity to see something different from what we know of Lara Croft, and although it may not be faithful to the original work, it will surely tell an interesting story that we’ll share with you from Generación Xbox.
