Demos with achievements on Xbox are almost legendary. The usual practice is that trial versions allow you to discover a game before its release, but without offering rewards for the player’s profile (although it’s not the first time this has happened). Now we have a new independent proposal that has just broken this tradition and is already catching the attention of the community.
As reported by TrueAchievements, the demo includes its own list of achievements, a feature so unusual that only a couple of similar precedents exist in the entire history of Xbox.
10 achievements to unlock with this demo and add 1000 points
Available for a limited time as part of the ID@Xbox Indie Selects Demo Fest, the trial version offers a total of 10 achievements that players can try to unlock before it disappears from the store.
For now, the community is still checking that all achievements work correctly, although the recommendation is clear: claim the demo while it’s still available, as everything suggests it will be removed when the Xbox independent festival ends, scheduled for June 30, 2026.

- Order Automatica Demo – Download for free now
Order Automatica offers a fairly original experience. Its creators describe it as a dark tactical roguelite where strategy, synergies, and automatic combat take place on a small 3×3 grid, with a mechanic that some compare to a game of chess set in a world of demons.
For achievement hunters, this demo can become one of the rarest pieces in the Xbox ecosystem. And for those who simply enjoy discovering independent games, it’s also a great opportunity to try a different proposal before its final release.
