We’re making progress and have already surpassed the midpoint of November, getting closer to the arrival of the next year, although before that, we’ll have to go through the rest of the major releases that companies have prepared for this final stretch of 2025.
From now until the end of the year, nothing of great relevance is expected to arrive in terms of releases, although many titles will continue to receive updates and content, even after being on the market for a long time, with STALKER 2 being one of the best examples.
STALKER 2 maintains good performance on Xbox Series
This title was initially scheduled to arrive in 2021, but due to development issues, its final release date was delayed until November 2024, and unfortunately, in a somewhat complicated state in terms of optimization.
After a year of STALKER 2 on the market, this has left Xbox Game Pass just after receiving its patch 1.7, which has addressed many technical corrections, resulting in an enormous update history that has led to the game’s current state being much more polished and achieving stable fps on Xbox Series X/S. As we can see in the videos published below.
It’s a shame that STALKER 2 had to leave Microsoft’s flagship service, but we hope this is a step forward for the studio, and the title’s success will only continue to grow, something we’ll be keeping a close eye on.
