We’ve just crossed into July and the summer weeks are continuing, a relatively quiet period where big releases are scarce and we barely see any new arrivals on the market, except for the occasional small game.
What we do expect, however, is for new content to keep coming for games that are already active on the market and still maintained by their player communities to this day, with Diablo Immortal being one of the best examples.
Splitgate 2 activates ranked matches this Thursday
After a long development period and leaving the first game behind, this second installment arrived just a few days ago, aiming to be better in every way, especially in terms of technical aspects and content, something that has already been demonstrated in its early moments on PC and consoles.
Splitgate 2 is set to kick off July with significant updates, including the ranking system and ranked matches, something that the developers wanted to showcase in a new preview published on their official YouTube channel, which will become available this Thursday, July 3.
Splitgate 2 still has a long way to go, but its start has been very promising, and we hope this success will be maintained for a long time, something we’ll be keeping an eye on.
