The iconic Scarface: The World Is Yours, inspired by the iconic film starring Al Pacino, has unexpectedly returned to PC. Almost two decades after its original release, the title is once again available on the Epic Games Store, and will soon be arriving on Steam, according to publisher EC Digital Entertainment.
This re-release is not a remake or remaster, but a faithful re-edition of the original 2006 game, although it includes an interesting novelty: a high-definition graphics mode available as a free download, which uses artificial intelligence to improve textures and offer a cleaner image on modern equipment.
Scarface: The World Is Yours now available on PC
It can currently be purchased on the Epic Games Store for €29.99, and although its release was unexpected and earlier than planned, the company has assured that it is working to bring the game to Steam soon. So, be patient, Steam users.
The title, originally developed by Radical Entertainment, follows the alternate story of Tony Montana after the events of the film, offering an open world set in Miami, full of action, violence, and references to 80s cinema. A perfect opportunity to relive one of the most memorable games of its time.
