There are fewer barriers to enjoying the Xbox ecosystem from any device. Microsoft has announced the arrival of more games compatible with mouse, keyboard, and touch controls, both in the cloud and on Windows and mobile devices. This expansion aims to offer more freedom to players who prefer to play without a controller or simply experiment with titles with a different configuration.
Currently, over 130 games support mouse and keyboard in Xbox Cloud Gaming, and over 230 include touch support on mobile devices. Additionally, some games implement custom touch distributions, adapted to the gameplay of each title to offer a more natural experience.

From this month, about thirty games have added compatibility with mouse and keyboard, while others have expanded their touch support in Xbox Cloud Gaming. These features are available without the need for advanced configuration: simply connect a USB keyboard or mouse to the device, or activate touch controls from the Xbox Game Pass app on mobile devices.
“We want players to have more ways to play, no matter the device or location,” explains the Xbox Cloud Gaming team. “Touch controls and keyboard and mouse support are key to making cloud gaming a universal experience.”

Additionally, Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to expand USB peripheral compatibility on Xbox and Windows devices, and that players can customize touch controls directly from the app, choosing from pre-defined designs or configurations adapted by developers.
Each game has its own personality, and controls should also reflect that,” notes Xbox. “That’s why some titles create their own touch design or specific interface, so the experience feels truly unique.
With these improvements, Xbox reinforces its commitment to accessibility, cloud gaming, and freedom of choice: three pillars that increasingly define the brand’s direction.
