Just two days ago, the Xbox app showed a long list of games that would be leaving Xbox Game Pass in mid-July. However, Microsoft seems to have made a correction before the official announcement, and three of those titles have disappeared from the “Leaving Soon” section, so, at least for now, they will remain part of the service.
This change reduces the number of expected departures for July 15th and comes as a relief for those still playing some of these titles or trying to complete all their achievements before they leave.
These three games will stay on Xbox Game Pass
The games that no longer appear on the list of titles leaving the service are:
- Back to the Dawn
- My Friendly Neighborhood
- Whiskerwood
Everything suggests that their initial inclusion was an error or that Microsoft has decided to modify its plans before making the official announcement on Xbox Wire. For now, the games that are still scheduled to leave Xbox Game Pass on July 15th are:
- Dungeons of Hinterberg
- EA Sports FC 24
- Golf With Your Friends
- PowerWash Simulator
- Stellaris
- Shadow of the Tomb Raider
- Super Fantasy Kingdom
- Techtonica
- Splitgate
It’s worth remembering that Microsoft has not yet published the official statement with the entries and exits for the first half of July, so the list could still undergo some additional changes. If there are no new modifications, finally, it will be nine games, and not twelve, that will leave Xbox Game Pass in mid-month.
