Over the past few hours, the community has detected changes on the official Rockstar website dedicated to the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto. The most striking aspect is a monochrome logo with a palm tree integrated into the “VI”, a cleaner and less cluttered design than the gradient seen until now. Additionally, some users point out the appearance of a tab to download trailers, screenshots, and backgrounds directly from the site.
As expected, this has sparked speculation. On forums and social media, people recall that Trailer 2 was released on the same day as Take-Two’s earnings call, and it’s suggested that we might be seeing a pattern repeat itself. However, there is no official confirmation of a new trailer or a specific date: for now, it’s best to take it as indications.
GTA 6: what’s changed on the website and what it could imply
Beyond the simple aesthetic touch-up, the logo with a palm tree inside the “VI” could be the emblem that accompanies promotional materials from now on. The download section makes it easier to access official materials (trailers, wallpapers, key art), which is useful for creators and media, and often precedes bigger moves in marketing campaigns.
That being said, it’s best to be cautious. Rockstar hasn’t announced anything new (beyond what’s expected for November from Take-Two) and any connection to upcoming communications or Take-Two’s agenda remains a community interpretation. At Generación Xbox, we’ll keep you updated as soon as there are official steps and confirmed materials. Have you seen any other changes on the website? We read you in the comments.
