This patch introduces several changes aimed at improving the overall experience, adjusting both the behavior of certain enemies and some combat and progression systems within the survival horror game.
Changes to enemies, rewards, and game mechanics
Among the improvements included in the update, the increase in the number of film objects that appear in certain areas stands out, making it easier to maintain resources during exploration.
- The amount of points required to exchange herbal medicine in the rewards menu has also been reduced, allowing players to access healing items more easily.
- The patch also introduces significant adjustments to the Dark Camera combat system, increasing the damage bonus during Fatal Frame-type photographs.
- On the other hand, changes have been made to the behavior of enemy spirits. Some ghosts that entered an aggressive state will recover less health, and it will be easier to end that state during combat.
Additionally, the probability of certain spirits becoming aggressive has been reduced, specifically:
-
Man killed by Kusabi
-
Priest
-
The Trapped
On the other hand, adjustments have been made to the life of some enemies and the damage required to activate the “Shutter Chance” shooting moment in the following ghosts:
-
Man Overwhelmed
-
Overwhelmed Woman
-
Sickle Bearer
-
The Seeker
-
Post Bearer
-
Man killed by Kusabi
-
Woman killed by Kusabi
With these changes, the developers aim to improve the balance of combat and game progression, making it easier to manage resources and making encounters with spirits more consistent throughout the adventure.
