After several days of confusion, IO Interactive has fully clarified what equipment you’ll need to play 007 First Light on PC. The studio has released an official update acknowledging errors in previous information and confirming that the final requirements are now set in stone.
According to the studio, the issue was due to poor internal communication that led to an outdated version of the specifications being shared. After reviewing the list and conducting new technical tests, the team has adjusted several key points: the recommended RAM has been lowered to 16 GB, the VRAM values have been updated, and the minimum CPU requirement has been corrected. Additionally, they promise to reveal more performance targets closer to the game’s launch.
