SEGA has activated a new promotion for players of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, allowing you to download the Extreme Gear «Blue Star» for free on both Steam and Xbox. This is additional content that can be claimed at no cost, although it requires the base game, as it’s not a standalone title.

The «Blue Star» is directly inspired by the Extreme Gear from Sonic Riders and adds a nostalgic touch for fans of the blue hedgehog. Although it doesn’t alter the gameplay balance, it does bring a distinctive visual design meant to stand out in the high-speed air races that characterize this game.
