The Grand Theft Auto 6 community is abuzz once again thanks to a curious discovery: a senior Rockstar animator has published a professional demo reel featuring several unseen clips from the game. This isn’t a trailer or material prepared for the public, but rather internal clips used to showcase animation work, which sometimes ends up revealing highly anticipated details.

Although the material is brief and lacks context, the images have been verified by multiple community members and match what has been officially seen of GTA 6. And the most interesting part is what they show exactly.

What the new leaked GTA 6 footage reveals

The video includes three animation pieces created using motion capture. The first features the player’s animation on a bicycle, confirming that this vehicle is back and with much more detailed character movement. The second shows a female NPC exiting a Monster Truck, with a very smooth transition between positions, typical of Rockstar’s internal animation system.

• The third clip has been the most commented on: it shows the Ocean View area, a recognizable location within Leonida that already appeared in the presentation trailer. Although the footage is very technical, it reinforces the idea that the game’s world is in an advanced stage of integration.
