We’ve made it to Thursday, and as usual, we want to share with you all the free games that will be available over the weekend. All these games can be downloaded starting today, October 2, at no extra cost, until next Sunday morning.

As always, these games are valid for all Xbox Game Pass subscriptions. You can claim and download them, and if you decide to keep any or all of them later, you can do so with a special 20% discount for all subscribers.

Free Xbox games for the first weekend of October

• Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 – Open Beta
  The new chapter in Activision’s saga opens its servers in beta phase. You can try out its multiplayer mode and experience the new features in maps, weapons, and modes before the final release.

• Polterguys: Possession Party
  A multiplayer party game with humor and chaos, where you play as ghosts that can possess objects to scare your rivals.

• Sudden Strike 4 – European Battlefields Edition
  A real-time strategy game set in World War II. Available with a 60% discount during the promotion.

• Dustborn
  A narrative-driven adventure with action, music, and charismatic characters. A road trip with combat and decisions that change the course of the story.
