Microsoft has launched one of the most practical features of the September 2025 Xbox update: a unified digital wallet on Xbox, designed to simplify the management of codes, credits, and promotions on console and web.

The tool, known as Offer Wallet, is integrated into each user’s profile and allows quick access to gift cards, active discounts, and special offers, all in one place. Additionally, it eliminates the need to manually enter 5×5 codes when they come from messages or other promotions linked to the Xbox system.

According to Microsoft, the wallet works thanks to Xbox Purchase technology, offering a secure and centralized environment to claim rewards and manage credits. Players can find the option from the Xbox Store app, in the profile menu under the “Offers and Credits” section.

Although in some profiles the page still appears empty, the company has confirmed that new promotions will be added periodically, including temporary trials, in-game rewards, and special campaigns like holiday promotions.

How it works

The Offer Wallet is directly integrated into your Xbox account and appears in the “Offers and Credits” section within the Microsoft Store on console or web. Its operation is simple:

1. Centralization of offers and credits

   • Everything you used to receive in messages, emails, or separate menus (gift cards, promotional credits, perks, rewards) is now displayed in a single panel.

2. Automatic code redemption

   • Codes you receive directly from Xbox (for example, in system messages or official promotions) are automatically added to the wallet without the need to manually enter the classic 5×5 code.

3. Direct access from your profile

   • You just need to open the Microsoft Store app on the console, click on your profile in the top left corner, and select the “Offers and Credits” option.

4. Dynamical availability

   • Microsoft will be adding new promotions periodically: game trials, in-game rewards, and special seasonal offers.

For now, more than a revolution, this feature represents a step forward in convenience: it will no longer be necessary to track codes between emails and messages, but everything will be registered and accessible from one place. A discreet but very useful improvement for those who regularly take advantage of Xbox offers and rewards.
