There are already over a million players who have passed through Gears of War: Reloaded, the remastered version of the original game that also marks the debut of the franchise on Sony consoles.

The game is available on Game Pass, and for those who purchased the Ultimate Edition, the update is completely free. All this has undoubtedly contributed to the incredible number of people who have already enjoyed this version of the first Gears of War.

The problems of war

As is often the case with these releases, not everything is rosy, especially for PC users. On Steam, the game reached a maximum of 4817 concurrent players, but the reviews are quite varied, mainly due to the absence of split-screen cooperative mode, which, although announced, seems to have not arrived at launch.

This is added to various technical issues that affect the game on the Valve platform, such as errors when changing the graphics resolution or difficulties when logging in, although this does not occur in the Microsoft Store version of the game.
