Sega accidentally reveals sales figures of its key franchises

The leak was an internal mistake although it showed very good numbers for the company.

The star of this news is the beloved Sega, which in a presentation that was uploaded to the Sega Sammy investor website included detailed sales figures for many of its current franchises. Although the error was corrected almost immediately, some media outlets were able to recover the information before it was removed from public view.

Figures that speak for themselves

According to the document, Persona 5 Royal reached a staggering 7 million units sold, Sonic Frontiers 4.57 million, and the last two installments of the Like a Dragon saga, Infinite Wealth and The Man who Erased their Name, 1.66 million and 0.96 million, respectively.

• Sonic Frontiers – 4.57 million

• Shin Megami Tensei V (Including Vengeance) – 2.11 million

Despite being an unintentional leak, the numbers seem to indicate that the company is on a successful sales path.
