A new intergalactic adventure lands on Xbox with a classic flavor. Space Adventure Cobra – The Awakening, based on the legendary manga by Buichi Terasawa, already has a playable demo on Xbox Series, as well as on PS5 and Steam. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover what this return has to offer before its official release, scheduled for August 26th.

The demo allows you to play a complete section of the game, get to know the main mechanics, and take a first look at the artistic and combat aspects, centered on the use of the integrated Psicoarma in Cobra’s arm. It has also been confirmed that the title will arrive on Nintendo Switch on July 28th.

A new space odyssey with Cobra as the protagonist

In Space Adventure Cobra – The Awakening, the legendary space pirate wakes up after years of hibernation in a completely changed universe, now dominated by the feared Pirate Guild. With his biotechnological weapon and his unmistakable style, Cobra will have to face new threats that will put the galactic stability at risk.

The game combines action, exploration, and intense dialogue, and promises a story with multiple twists and appearances of classic characters from the Cobra universe. The setting maintains the original retro-futuristic style, with an artistic design very faithful to the source material, but adapted to current standards.

This new installment aims at both veteran fans and those who discover the Cobra universe for the first time. The demo is already available on Xbox Series, Steam, and PS5, and it’s not necessary to have the game reserved to try it.
