The day has been tough for those trying to access Xbox services normally. For hours, access to online features was blocked, affecting both the console and applications and tools linked to the user’s account. The interruption left everything from login to store access and online gaming features out of use.

The problem originated in the infrastructure that operates Microsoft’s digital services, causing a domino effect on all connected platforms. The situation generated frustration among millions of users, especially since it happened in the middle of the afternoon and coincided with the release of The Outer Worlds 2.

Xbox confirms the recovery of Xbox Live services

Past 11:00 PM (Spanish mainland time), the Xbox division announced that Xbox Live services were starting to work normally again. According to the shared message, users should be able to access the Xbox Store, manage their account, use cloud gaming through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and navigate Xbox.com without restrictions. The team also indicated that the support page will be updated as all functions are stabilized.

Although there may still be some irregular behavior for part of the community, it is now possible to log in and use Xbox apps on PC and mobile with relative smoothness. If someone is still having trouble accessing, it’s best to wait a few more minutes while the service is fully restored.
