Xbox Game Pass closes October with 19 games added and a record of simultaneous releases

October has been an especially active month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, with a total of 19 new games added to the catalog, in addition to the arrival of 47 Ubisoft+ titles, which significantly expand the options available on console, PC, and cloud.

The selection has included 9 day-one releases, an increase compared to the same period last year, and 3 games published directly by Xbox Game Studios. According to the analysis shared by the community, the average rating of the added games has been 80 on OpenCritic, maintaining the service’s positive trend in terms of overall quality.

The best October releases on Xbox Game Pass

Among the month’s releases are:

• Ball x Pit — 87 on OpenCritic, the highest-rated title of the month.

• Pacific Drive — 80, a survival adventure with a mysterious atmosphere.

• Evil West — 74, action and vampires in a brutal western.

• Supermarket Simulator and Sopa — two indie hits that debuted directly on Game Pass.

• PowerWash Simulator 2 and Heroes of Might and Magic III Complete, part of the batch that strengthened the catalog’s variety.

Other additions include Halls of Torment, The Grinch Adventures, and The Casting of Frank Stone, all available for download on console and PC.

What’s coming in November

November starts strong with a list that promises to maintain the pace. In the coming days, 1000xResist (November 4), Football Manager 26, Dead Static Drive, Egging On, Whiskerwood, and Voidtrain will arrive, all confirmed as day-one releases on Xbox Game Pass.

• In addition, new additions like Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Winter Burrows, and Moonlighter: The Endless Vault are expected to arrive before the end of the month.
