We’ve already entered the final phase of July, and with it, we’re continuing with the summer weeks, a relatively quiet period where major releases are scarce, and we barely see any new arrivals on the market, except for the occasional release of lesser-known games.

What we do expect, however, is for new content to keep coming for games that are already active on the market and still maintain a strong presence alongside their player communities, with World War Z being one of the best examples.

World War Z Updates with New Content

This title was first released on the previous generation of consoles, and after a long time, it has continued to receive various updates, including adaptations to current platforms.

World War Z is still going strong in 2025 and has just received a small update with new content, including a new weapon and many cosmetic novelties for player characters, as we can see in the gameplay trailer published on the IGN YouTube channel.

World War Z has been on the market for many years, and it’s great to see that it’s still receiving content to this day, something we hope will continue to happen for a long time, and we’ll be keeping an eye on it.
