The last few days have made it clear that we’re dealing with one of those launches that hit the ground running. The initial reception on PC and the arrival on consoles have generated a wave of questions among Xbox players, who want to know if the title will eventually land on our platform.
The advance shown by the company has left a key clue that marks the calendar. And although there’s still no official announcement directed at the Xbox family, there are enough signs to understand what path the project will follow in the coming months.
Where Winds Meet for Xbox
The launch trailer released this week confirms that the game is exclusive to PlayStation consoles for six months. That mention at the end of the video implies that it can’t debut on Xbox before May 14, 2026. From there, the door is open.
On the official Discord server, one of the moderators already indicated in an old FAQ message that versions for other platforms were being studied:
PC and PS5: November 14, 2025. Mobile version: to be determined. Xbox version: to be determined.
It’s not a formal confirmation from the studio, but it’s a clear sign that Xbox is on the table. While we wait for official news, those with a ROG Xbox Ally can play it without issues from Steam, with great performance and no complications.
If the initial momentum is maintained, it’s logical that it will eventually arrive on Xbox sooner rather than later. And everything points to the fact that, if it happens, it will be at some point after May 14, 2026. We’ll be here to let you know as soon as it’s official.
