The development of Atomic Heart 2 is underway, as confirmed by Mundfish CEO Robert Bagratuni in a recent interview with WCCFtech. Bagratuni, who is also the founder and game director of the company, explained that the project is in active development and has surpassed the prototype stage.
However, he also warned that it will take a few years for the game to be released, as the company is taking all the necessary time to ensure that Atomic Heart 2 is a digital experience that surpasses all aspects of the original game.
A sequel that will take time to arrive
Bagratuni is committed to creating an experience that offers high-quality graphics, gameplay, story, and progression. The company, based in Cyprus but originally from Russia, has big ambitions for this project and is working hard to ensure that the game meets the expectations of fans. As development progresses, the company plans to keep players informed about the important development milestones being achieved.
In addition to Atomic Heart 2, Mundfish is also developing an MMORPG based on the same franchise, titled The Cube. This online shooter game will be set in a gigantic cube composed of layers with rotating edges, whose configuration will change constantly to offer new and exciting experiences in an interactive world full of secrets to discover and invaluable technologies to recover. Players will be able to evolve their arsenal and skills as they explore this dynamic and challenging world.
What do you expect from this sequel to Atomic Heart, one of the games that surprised us the most last year?
