Monster Hunter Wilds has received its second free update, and with it, two fan-favorite monsters are back. Among them is Lagiacrus, a name well-known to many players. Additionally, a new Arch-Tempered monster has been added, promising even more intense challenges for hunters.
One of the returning monsters is Uth Duna, the supreme predator of the Scarlet Woods, known for its archetypal temperament. This beast is packed with power and ready to defend its territory at all costs. Players can participate in an event mission to face Uth Duna and, as a reward, receive a unique armor set with a γ (gamma) variant, which will undoubtedly be a coveted prize for many.
New cosmetics and gestures available in the Monster Hunter Wilds update
Another interesting novelty in this update is the introduction of Layered Arms. This feature allows players to customize the appearance of their arms without affecting their stats or decorations. This way, hunters can take their fashion quest to the next level, combining style and functionality in their arms.
In addition to these novelties, the update also includes additional content to further customize the hunting experience. Players can participate in event missions and receive rewards such as the Doshaguma mask, a free set of gestures, and a variety of paid cosmetic DLC extras. All this adds to the gameplay experience, offering more options for players to express themselves and enjoy Monster Hunter Wilds.
