The security system of EA Sports FC 26 has been applying hundreds of blocks in recent days, affecting even players who were not even aware of having done anything wrong. The main reason, according to communications sent by EA, is the “distribution or transfer of coins” within the Ultimate Team mode, something that the company considers a serious infringement of its rules.
The problem is that many users are falling into these sanctions without understanding why. In some cases, players simply sold cards at high prices or participated in organized raffles or exchanges on social media, and the system detected them as if they had bought or transferred coins illegally. The result is the same: immediate blocking of the transfer market and permanent restriction of access.
EA Sports FC 26 and the warning about buying coins
EA has been clear about this: buying or gifting coins outside the game is grounds for immediate suspension. The company has a zero-tolerance policy with any type of external transaction, whether through websites, social media, or intermediaries. Even something as simple as selling a player above their average value can trigger an automatic alert.
In comparison to previous releases, the security system of EA Sports FC 26 works much more strictly. Automatic detections are now more sensitive and react to any suspicious movement in the market, even when the player has no intention of breaking the rules. That’s why, in addition to being prohibited by EA, you shouldn’t trust anyone who tells you that “nothing will happen” if you buy coins or participate in external exchanges: doing so can put your account at immediate risk, and the market block is usually permanent.
Don’t do anything outside the rules
The advice to avoid problems is straightforward: don’t buy coins, don’t participate in coin raffles, and don’t exchange items between accounts. If you want to get resources in Ultimate Team, the only safe way is by playing the available modes or using the official packs and rewards from the game itself.
EA can track the origin of coins and movement patterns between accounts, so even if it seems like an innocent offer, the risk is real. And once the sanction is applied, there are no guarantees that it will be reversed.
