This system is based on the automatic conversion of Game Pass Essential (formerly Xbox Live Core) months to the Ultimate plan, and it still works today.

The key is to first buy Game Pass Essential (Game Pass Core) cards and then a one-month Game Pass Ultimate card. By doing so in that order, the system applies a 40% conversion rate, transforming your Essential months into additional Ultimate time.

How the method works step by step

Note: We use Loaded as the header of Generación Xbox, but you can use any other, it’s our suggestion.

1. Make sure you don’t have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

2. Buy up to three 12-month Game Pass Essential cards (for example, in stores like Loaded, formerly CD Keys).
