The console is preparing to close the year with a detail that is always appreciated: two new dynamic backgrounds that arrive as part of the latest Xbox Series update. They are small additions, yes, but for many players, they are part of the ritual of leaving the console “ready” before the holidays, especially when they coincide with games that are experiencing a great moment.

This time, Xbox is betting on two very different proposals. One is loaded with the post-apocalyptic style so recognizable from Bethesda, and the other takes advantage of the winter season to dress the interface with a sporting spirit. Both are now available.

Two new dynamic backgrounds for Xbox Series with Fallout 76 and Madden NFL 26 themes

The first background is dedicated to Fallout 76, inspired by the new Burning Springs update. The art features The Ghoul, one of the most popular characters in the entire Fallout universe, and whose version in the game also features the voice of Walton Goggins, just like in the Amazon series.

Burning Springs has become one of the largest map expansions the game has received so far, and the aesthetic, similar to New Vegas, fits perfectly with the style of the background.

The second dynamic background comes from Madden NFL 26, this time with a special snowy design for the festive season. The protagonist is Saquon Barkley, a runner for the Philadelphia Eagles, who appears in a composition loaded with winter atmosphere. It’s the second official background of the game on the console, and serves as a perfect nod to those who enjoy the sport during the holidays.
