In this context, the new CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Asha Sharma, has taken a firm and unambiguous stance on the direction Xbox will take.

Xbox bets on human creativity over automated content

According to her words, video games “are and will always be art”, created by people and supported by the most advanced technology available. The executive thus draws a clear red line: AI will be a support tool, not a substitute for human creativity.
