We’ve already surpassed the midpoint of August, with the last weeks of summer approaching and the final stretch of the year beginning in September.

Although these hot months are more relaxed in terms of major releases, we haven’t been lacking in new content updates for titles that have been on the market for a long time, something that is expected to continue throughout the rest of the year with a plethora of more titles, with great examples like Age of Empires IV.

New Expansion Confirmed for Age of Empires IV

This title has a long history behind it on PC and Xbox consoles, with several years of content under its belt, making it one of the best games available in the catalog, plus it’s available on Xbox Game Pass with no extra cost.

To wrap up the year in style, Age of Empires IV has confirmed that on November 4th, a new expansion will be available, titled “Dynasties of the East”, which will bring new stories, new factions, and a new “roguelite” mode, as shown in the gameplay trailer published on the official Xbox YouTube channel on YouTube.

Age of Empires IV is the latest installment in Microsoft’s flagship strategy franchise, and we hope it continues to receive updates for a long time to come, something we’ll be keeping a close eye on.
