The new proposal from Krafton, known for its ambitious open world and similarities to The Sims on a massive scale, now has a release window for consoles. inZOI will debut on PlayStation 5 in 2026, as officially confirmed by the development team.

For now, the version for Xbox Series has not been ruled out, although the responsible parties have clarified that if it does arrive, it will be later and not on the same date as the PS5 version. This staggered approach may be due to optimization needs or a commercial strategy that prioritizes an initial platform.

An ambitious social simulator, that’s inZOI

In inZOI, players will be able to control the lives of characters in a fully dynamic city, managing relationships, jobs, activities, and deeply personalizing the environment. The title promises a deeper and visually more impactful simulation than current genre references, thanks to the use of Unreal Engine 5 and systems that simulate the behavior of thousands of NPCs in real-time.

Although there is still no concrete release date or firm confirmation of the Xbox version, interest in the game is high, and the developers have assured that they will share more information in the coming months.
