We’ve already entered December, the last month of this eventful year filled with major releases that have shaken the video game industry like never before, with authentic successes like Expedition 33 or the recent arrival of Silksong on PC and consoles after so many years since its announcement.

We don’t expect any more major releases before entering 2026, but this month we will have important additions and news for games that have been active in the market for a long time, with The Alters being one of the best examples.

New Free Content for The Alters

This title arrived in June on PC and consoles, and has been available on the Xbox Game Pass service from day one, something that hasn’t affected sales and is one of the most important successes for the studio.

The success of The Alters has ensured that this game continues to receive patches with new features over the months, and its latest free update is now available, which brings some relevant additions; such as a photo mode, an improved saving system, new rooms, a card minigame, new story and more content that they have shown in the update trailer.
